Business and household sentiment improved in Q3, shows PBOC survey

The sentiment amongst Chinese firms and households improved in the third quarter of this year, as the economy regains its recovery momentum from the coronavirus pandemic, shows the latest quarterly survey conducted by the People’s Bank of China (PBOC).

The gauge tracking macro economic sentiment among bankers rose to 25.6 per cent in the third quarter, improving significantly from 13 per cent in the precious three months, shows the survey published on Tuesday.
