China and the US are working on the text of a partial trade deal and the goal is to end the trade war and cancel all additional tariffs, said China’s Commerce Ministry on Thursday.
“Cooperation is the best and the only right way to solve problems between the two countries,” said Gao Feng, the spokesman of the ministry, adding that a phased deal would help eliminate uncertainty, rebuild market confidence and stabilise the global economy.To continue reading, please subscribe.
