China’s total gold production during the first three quarters of the year reached 379.275 tons, marking a year-on-year growth of 3.20%, according to the China Gold Association.
Gold production using domestic materials reached 268.068 tons during the first three quarters of 2024 , a decrease of 3.180 tons or 1.17% from the same period in 2023, including 209.710 tons from gold mining and 58.358 tons as by-products from non-ferrous metals, said the association.
