China’s overall investment slowed, real estate investment weakened while infrastructure investment picked up slightly
China's overall investment slowed in the first three quarters mainly dragged by weakening real estate investment, although a recovery in infrastructure investment and stable manufacturing investment provided some support.
Fixed-asset investment grew 7.3 per cent in the first nine months of the year from a year earlier, slowing by 1.6 percentage point from the previous eight month, according to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) on Monday.
