China's land market remained sluggish in the first half of the year, with land transactions sliding more than 50% from the same period last year.

In China's 100 major cities, land transactions totaled 1.13 trillion yuan in the first half of the year, sliding 50% from the second half of 2021 and slumping 55% from the same period last year, according to a report released by the Shanghai-based E-House China . . .
