China and the United States discussed over the next stage of their trade talks on Tuesday on a telephone call between China's Vice Premier Liu He and US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer, according to a statement released on Tuesday by China's Ministry of Commerce.
The talk comes after US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping agreed to a truce this month in Argentina which put off the plan to increase tariffs . . .
