China's road freight volume continues to recover as Covid-19 restrictions ease, though authorities recently warned of excessive curbs in some regions and urged them to step up efforts to maintain smooth logistics and transportation.

According to data from the Ministry of Transport, average daily cargo vehicle traffic on China's expressways stood at 7.1 million units in the week of June 6 - 12, an increase of 9% from the previous week.
