China's Ministry of Finance is about to complete the issuance of the 1 trillion yuan special treasury bonds aimed for offsetting the impact of the coronavirus outbreak. Local governments are set to issue nearly 2 trillion yuan bonds in the next two months.

The finance ministry said this week that it will issue combined 140 billion yuan 10-year special treasury bonds on July 28 and July 30, which would be the last batch of the special treasury bonds.

By the end of July, it will have issued 200 billion yuan five-year, 100 . . .
