Chinese property developers’ sales under mounting pressure despite many cities’ housing policy easing

Chinese property developers' sales have been weak, with most of them achieved lower than 30% of the full-year sales target, even after more than 200 cities have rolled out policy measures to support the struggling housing market.

As of the end of May, nearly 80% of the 14 listed property developers that published full-year sales target for 2022 had achieved lower than 30% of the targets and lower than 25% of them had . . .
