The number of second-hand home transactions in China's southern metropolis Guangzhou exceeded 10,000 again in October (from September 26 to October 25), hitting the second-highest level this year, slightly lower than the 10,456 recorded in June (from May 26 to June 25), according to the data from the Guangzhou Real Estate Intermediary Association.
New home transactions has also seen significant growth both year-on-year and month-on-month, it said.
