China's southern metropolis Guangzhou has seen new property transaction volume surge since the latest property policy easing announced on September 30.
From September 30 to October 27, the city's online new property transactions, in terms of floor area, reached 1.0832 million square meters, representing a 33.3% hike from the same period last year and surging 45.5% from the volume for the full month of September this year, according to data from the Guangzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau.
