Hangzhou sees land market warming up in latest auctions after rules relaxed

Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province, see its land market warm up in the latest round of auctions after the local government relaxed rules for property developers to purchase land.

The city offerer a total of 35 land parcels in this year's last round of auctions and unlike to the previous round, no failed auctions were saw this time.
