Some of the video processing devices manufactured by Lenovo Group Ltd., Acer Inc., and Motorola Mobility LLC are being probed by the US International Trade Commission (ITC) to determine whether they have infringed four patents, the ITC said on Wednesday.
The investigation was initiated following a complaint from VideoLabs, a company based in California.
Should the alleged patent infringement prove to be true, the above-mentioned makers may be blocked from importing certain computers, tablets, smartphones, and display screens.
