Hong Kong will expand the stock connect schemes between the city and mainland China’s stock exchanges to "help ensure the continued resiliency, vibrancy and attractiveness of Hong Kong’s capital markets,” said Hong Kong chief executive Carrie Lam in her annual policy address on Wednesday.
