Quzhou in East China's Zhejiang province has become the first Chinese city to relax restrictions on both home purchases and home resales, as local governments step up efforts to support the housing markets.

Non-locals, those who don't have local household registrations or the so-called "Hukou", individual businesses or companies will no longer subject to home purchase restrictions and will enjoy the same home-buying policy for locals, according to a notice . . .
