The city of Suzhou, East China’s Jiangsu province, announced a raft of measures to promote continuous economic recovery.
The measures include boosting and promoting consumption, expanding effective investment, promoting steady and healthy development of the real estate and construction sectors, and stabilizing the fundamentals of foreign trade and foreign investment, according to a document released by the municipal government.
Notably, Suzhou no longer conducts qualification assessment for the purchase of housing with a floor areas of 120 square meters and above in a move to support rigid and improvement housing demand, it said.
