China's social media and gaming giant Tencent Holdings reported a 3% increase in profits in the third quarter of 2021, its slowest growth in two years amid tighter government scrutiny of the industry.

The firm posted a net profit of 39.5 billion yuan ($6.18 billion) for the quarter ended September 30, up from 38.54 billion yuan in the same period last year, beating estimates of 32.6 billion yuan. Non-IFRS . . .
