JD Tech-backed Tianju Dihe filed for Hong Kong IPO

Tianju Dihe, an integrated API-enabled data exchange service provider in China, has filed for an IPO on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities as the sponsor. 

The company is primarily engaged in offering users online API services that span across multiple use cases and scenarios, with clients including enterprises and internet firms such as Tencent, Alibaba, Baidu, NetEase, Meituan and China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom, according to its prospectus.

Tianju Dihe conducted a Series A funding round in 2014, during which it introduced JD Technology, a subsidiary of JD.com , as a shareholder, which holds a pre-listing stake of about 16.48%.
