Property developers Longfor, Sino-Ocean saw contracted sales slump in August

Chinese property developer Longfor Group said that its contracted sales reached 13 billion yuan in August, with contracted sales in terms of floor area amounting to 682,000 square meters. 

Longfor’s contracted sales attributable to the shareholders reached 8.52 billion yuan in August, sliding 41.2% from a year earlier, with contracted sales in terms of floor area attributable to the shareholders reaching 476,000 square meters.

Property developer Sino-Ocean Group said that the total contracted sales of the company and its subsidiaries, joint ventures reached about 1.97 billion yuan in August, slumping by 78.3% from a year earlier, with; contracted sales in terms of floor area reached about 200,000 square meters.
