Chinese airlines have been hard hit by the coronavirus outbreak, with people cancelling trips to contain the epidemic. Industry watchers say the sector may have made more than 10 billion yuan losses last month.

However, they noted that China's domestic civil aviation market are showing signs of recovery as people are traveling back to their workplaces after an extended Lunar New Year holiday.
