China's home sales in April rebounded to a level largely in line with a year earlier and the land market shows more visible signs of heating up. Some analysts say the market is likely to see a delayed "warm spring".

In the first four months of the year, China's home sales measured by floor space fell 19.3 per cent year-on-year to 3.3973 trillion square meters and sales in value dropped 18.6 per cent during the period, shows data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on Friday.
