Office vacancy in China's capital city of Beijing hit a new high in a decade in the second quarter as new office supply delayed by the coronavirus outbreak earlier this year entered the market in the past three months.

Overall office vacancy rate in Beijing climbed to 15.5 per cent in the second quarter of the year, the highest since the third quarter of 2010, according to a report from the commercial real estate service and investment company CBRE.
