China's fiscal revenue increased 18.7 per cent in the first two months compared to a year earlier due to the continued economic recovery and low comparison base during the same period last year.

According to data released by the Ministry of Finance on Thursday, Chinese government's fiscal revenue reached 4.18 trillion yuan in January - February this year, up 18.7 per cent from a year earlier, improving by 22.6 percentage points from the 3.9 per cent decline for the year of 2020.
