China's exports grew at a much faster than expected pace in June as solid global demand amid easing lockdown measures and vaccination drives worldwide. Imports growth also beat expectations, though the pace eased from May, with the values boosted by high raw material prices.

Exports in dollar terms rose 32.2 per cent in June from a year earlier, compared with 27.9 per cent growth in May, according to data release by China's General Administration of Customs. That compares to a 23.1 per cent growth forecast by the analysts polled by Reuters.
