Large Chinese state banks' branches in the city of Heze, in eastern China's Shandong province, have lowered the minimum down payment ratio for home buyers in a move to boost its sluggish housing market.

That makes it the first Chinese city to see such a move by commercial banks in the latest round of real estate policy easing.
