In the case of normal high temperature, Anhui province may face a power shortage of more than 12 million kilowatts, and the gap will expand in the event of extreme high temperature or sustained high temperature, the company said.
Among new energy sources, the company focuses on developing wind power and currently has a 50,000-kilowatt photovoltaic outside the province, it said.
