Chinese food delivery giant Meituan announced that co-founder Wang Huiwen has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director, a member of the nomination committee and an authorized representative, effective from Monday, due to personal health reasons.
ļ»æMu Rongjun, executive Director of the company, has been appointed as an Authorized Representative. The company also announced that the composition of the Nomination Committee shall consist of Leng Xuesong and Shum Heung Yeung Harry, with Leng Xuesong continuously serving as the chairman of the Nomination Committee.
