Alibaba said to explore options for video entertainment assets – report

Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. is exploring options for its video entertainment assets, reported Bloomberg News, citing people familiar with the matter.

The company is conducting a strategic review of video streaming platforms Youku and Tudou, said the report. 

One of the options under consideration is to inject the assets into Alibaba Pictures Group Ltd.and bolster the business scope of the Hong Kong-listed company, it said.
