Property developer China Vanke said that its contract sales, by floor area, reached 2.52 million square meters in June and the amount reached 36.14 billion yuan, sliding 18.6% and 23.4%, respectively, from a year earlier.
In the first half of the year, China Vanke’s contract sales by floor area reached 12.97 million square meters, up 0.5% from a year earlier, and the amount reached 203.94 billion yuan, down 5.3%, it said.
