China’s imports of mechanical and electrical products rose 0.4% from a year earlier – customs data

China's exports of mechanical and electrical products reached 2.03 trillion yuan in the first two months of the year, an increase of 0.4% from a year earlier and accounting for 58% of the total export value, according to China's customs data. 

In breakdown, exports of automatic data processing equipment and its components reached 183.72 billion yuan, a decrease of 26.7%; exports of mobile phones reached 163.35 billion yuan, an increase of 10.5%; exports of automobiles reached 96.83 . . .
