China's rare earth prices continue to surge after the Spring Festival holiday, jumping above 1.1 million yuan per tonne to hit the highest level in ten years, driven by rising demand from downstream industries and tight supply.

Prices of praseodymium neodymium oxide, a major light rare earth mineral, hit 1.1 million yuan per tonne on Tuesday, the highest level since 2012, jumping 134.8% from the same period last year and rising . . .
