China’s rare earth prices trended higher slowly in May – industry association

China’s rare earth price posted a slow upward trend in May, according to the Association of China Rare Earth Industry. 

The average rare earth price index stood at 201.3 in May, with the highest price hitting 213.6 on May 30 and the lowest price hitting 192.4 on May 6, it said.
