The travel boom seen during this year’s summer holiday period is expected to continue during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Holiday and in particular, after the policy relaxation and supply recovery, the demand for long-haul and cross-border travel is expected to be fully released, CICC said in a note.
CICC remained optimistic that Trip.com and Tongcheng Travel, the leading online travel agency platforms in China, will continue to outperform the market during the Golden Week.
CICC kept Trip.com at Outperform and a target price of hK$387.5. The broker also maintained the rating and target price of Tongcheng Travel at Outperform and HK$21.5.
