Chinese logistics giant SF Holdings in preliminary discussion about equity financing in Hong Kong

Chinese logistics giant SF Holdings said that the company is conducting preliminary consultation and discussions on equity financing in Hong Kong, but it hasn’t set a specific timetable, nor has it determined a specific plan, according to a filing to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. 

There is still great uncertainties as to whether the company will seek equity financing in Hong Kong, it said.
