Operations at the Port of Shanghai, the world's largest port by container throughput, is accelerating after the city lifted a two-month lockdown as the Covid-19 outbreaks ease.

Average waiting time for container vessels at the Port of Shanghai had shortened to 31 hours as of June 1 from a peak of 69 hours in late April, according to data from shipping information platform VesselsValue.
