Second-hand residential property transaction in Shenzhen fell 9.4% in May from Apr

Second-hand property transaction volume by floor area in China’s technology hub of Shenzhen reached 324,200 square meters (3,348 units),falling by 6.7% from the previous month and rising by 0.58% from a year earlier, according to the city’s official real estate transaction information platform.

Of that, transaction volume of second-hand residential properties reached 273,700 square meters (2,788 units), sliding 9.4% from the previous month, and rising 0.55% from a year earlier, according to the data.
