Shares of Yum China gained 3.4% to close at HK$449 in Hong Kong.
BlackRock, Inc spent HK$1.304 billion bought 2.99 million shares of Yum China on December 16, at an average price of HK$435.9707 apiece, according to a filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. After the purchase, BlackRock's stake in Yum China increased to 7.17% from 6.46%.
