China’s new home prices grew at their slowest monthly pace since March in November, as policymakers continued tough stance on the sector and developers increased supply and discounting as they ramped up sales activity towards year-end.

Among China's top 70 cities, 36 cities saw new home prices rise month on month in November, down from 45 in October, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). That's the lowest number since February during the height of the pandemic in China.
