Ruqi Mobility, the smart mobility platform of GAC Group, has filed for a listing in Hong Kong, with CICC, ABCI and Huatai International as joint sponsors.

According to the prospectus, Ruqi’s revenue for the first half of the year reached 912 million yuan, surging 48.1% year over year. Losses widened to 345 million yuan, compared to a loss of 302 million yuan in the same period last year.

Ruqi Mobility provided mobility services, mainly ridesharing and Robotaxi services, and it also provided technology services, mainly artificial intelligence data and modelling solutions and high-precision maps, as well as ecological services to provide full support for drivers and fleet franchisees.

Ruqi Mobility was co-founded by GAC Group and Tencent, and later introduced Pony.ai, a provider of autonomous driving solutions, as a strategic shareholder.
