Embattled property developer China Evergrande Group said that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 17 for the purpose of approving the announcements of the annual results of Evergrande and its subsidiaries for the years ending 31 December 2021 and 31 December 2022, and the interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2022.
