The China Real Estate Association, together with the real estate industry association in East China’s Zhejiang province, holds a conference on Tuesday to build connect between distressed real estate property projects and financial institutions, according to a statement.
Several property developers and financial institutions including China Cinda, the China International Capital Corporation and Zheshang Bank are scheduled to attend the meeting, according to the statement.
The association arranged session for distressed developers to have discussions with financial institutions and companies interested in potential mergers and acquisitions and partnership on property project development.
