China’s economy is still in a positive recovery trend, but the complex global political and economic situation has brought many challenges, making it’s necessary for targeted and coordinated policy measures to stabilize growth and employment and prevent risks, said Chinese Premier Li Qiang at a symposium with experts.

China is at a crucial stage in its economic recovery and industrial upgrading and maintaining stability while seeking progress should be a main priority, Li said.

With a focus on stabilizing growth, China should promptly implement targeted and coordinated policy measures to stabilize employment and prevent risks, he said.
