China to further promote resumption of international flights, expand regional aviation cooperation – official

China will further expand the civil aviation market in the second half of the year, and based on the expansion of domestic demand, encourage companies to cultivate niche market, form competitive advantages and speed up construction of a whole network with trunk plus branch lines, said Song Zhiyong, head of the Civil Aviation Administration of China. 

China will further promote the resumption of international flights, take pragmatic moves to promote the expansion of bilateral air rights and regional civil aviation cooperation, and solidly promote the high-quality construction of the Air Silk Road, he said.
