China’s battery-grade lithium carbonate price fell by 3,000 yuan to hit three-month low

The price of battery-grade lithium carbonate fell by 3,000 yuan per tonne to 220,000 yuan per tonne on Monday, marking a new low in more than three months, according to data from the Shanghai Metals Market. 

The price fell by 5,000 yuan per tonne in the recent five days, and by 80,500 yuan per tonne in the recent 30 days. 

The price of battery-grade lithium hydroxide fell by 2,000 yuan per tonne to 197,000 yuan per tonne, marking a new low in more than three months and sliding for the 31st straight days, showed the data.

The price fell by 10,000 yuan per tonne in the recent five days, and by 80,000 yuan per tonne in the recent 30 days.
