China’s battery-grade lithium carbonate price fell for 14th straight day to hit new low in more than a year

The price of battery-grade lithium carbonate fell by 1,500 yuan per tonne to 172,000 yuan per tonne on Friday, marking a new low in more than one year and sliding for the 14th straight day, according to Shanghai Meals Market. 

The price declined by 13,500 yuan per tonne in the recent five days and by 72,000 yuan per tonne in the recent 30 days. 

The price of battery-grade lithium hydroxide fell by 2,000 yuan per tonne to 163,000 yuan per tonne, marking a new low in more than one year and sliding for the 50th straight day.

The price declined by 9,000 yuan per tonne in the recent five days and by 64,500 yuan per tonne in the recent 30 days.
