China's live hog prices hit the lowest level since September 2019 as supply increase while pork demand has remained week.

China's average live hog price dropped to 22.83 yuan per kg in the first ten days of April, sliding 21.17 per cent from the previous ten days and plunging 33.54 per cent from the same period last year, according to data from Sublime China Information, a commodity consultancy.
