China’s software industry’s revenue reached 6.46 trillion yuan in the first seven months of the year, an increase of 13.6% from a year earlier, compared to 14.2% growth in the first half of 2023, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
The industry’s profit reached 737.4 billion yuan, rising by 13.4% from a year earlier, picking p from the 10.4% growth for the first half, it said.
Exports of software business reached $28.05 billion in the 7-month period, falling by 3.3% from a year earlier, compared to 2% drop in the first half, showed the data.
