Country Garden delivered 278,000 properties in first half of year, ranking first in the sector

Chinese property developer Country Garden, after delivering 700,000 units of properties in 2022, delivered 278,000 units in the first half of 2023, once again ranking first in the sector in terms of delivery volume, the company revealed in management meeting. 

That exceeded the combined delivery volume China Vanke with 128,000 units and Sunac China with 117,000 units, which ranked second and third, respectively.

In floor area, Country Garden delivered 34.38 million square meters of properties in the first half of the year, and for the whole of 2023, it aims to deliver 87.99 million square meters of floor area.
