Foxconn’s Zhengzhou plant is currently conducting a trial production of the iPhone 15 series, according to a report by TFcaijing.
The factory is now recruiting workers and has offered high bonuses, but there were few applications, and the demand for manpower is far from being met, it said.
The IPEG business group of Foxconn Zhengzhou is mainly engaged in the manufacturing and processing of Apple cell phones, and it has recently released a high bonus recruitment notice, saying that job seekers can get a bonus of 7,500 yuan for applying on their own, 7,000 yuan for entering the factory through internal recommendation, and 8,000 yuan if they were ex-employees and return to work, according to the report.
Notably, the bonus for the latest recruitment is the highest since March this year.
