Lenovo Group, the world’s largest PC maker, will unveil an AI computer based on Intel’s Meteor Lake 14th Gen Intel Core processor in autumn this year, Chinese news outlet Zhitong Finance reported, citing sources.
Lenovo’s vice president Ma Chaochun has said earlier that the company began its AI laptop business five years ago, starting with the first generation ultra-intelligent Yoga S940, and now AI has been extended to a variety of its mid-range and high-end product lines.
Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger has said recently that Meteor Lake is expected to be launched in September and is expected to usher in an era of AI computers comparable to the development of the Centrino platform, which brought Wi-Fi to the laptop market.
